Leah's 25th

Yesterday we went to Leah's 25th Birthday party. It was a good time and lots of people came. It was good to see everyone again. Conviniently on the way home, There was a sig alert on the 134 in which i sat in a parking lot of traffic for over an hour. Yay!

Kerah Sushi

On Saturday Ash and I went to go visit my sister in Irvine. We went to Kerah Sushi which is a revolving sushi restaurant. It's PIMP. You sit there and sushi just comes around to you and you take the one you want. Additionally the sushi is really cheap so you can get full for very little money. We had a great time and it was good to see the sis.

PMA - Florida

PMA was held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando Florida. It was a pretty big conference with a lot of big names. Was definitely a good time with A LOT of talking. I must have repeated the same 5 min speach about picasa 10 billion times. A good learning experience but very exhausting.

Nifty Chair. Some people wanted to know more about this than Picasa. We got it from Design within reach and it's a few grand :)

Ash came with me Sat-Tuesday so it was nice having her around. We went to see a horse show called Arabian Nights. We got discount tickets, so it was really good value for the money.

One of the last nights Ash was there we all went to a really nice Italian restaurant. The bill ended up being over $500! but Google paid :) The dishes that Ash and I had were definitely NOT worth the money, we had a better meal at Olive Garden the next day. It was still nice hanging out with the whole team. Conference went really well and overall REALLY good response to the product. WooHOO!

Beautiful Day

I know it's been a long time but i've been really busy. I went to Florida for the PMA (Photo Marketing Association) conference last week and it was great! Picasa 2 won DIMA's most Inovative Product Award for the 3rd year in a row. Google is very very proud of our accomplishments and we are glad to be a part of them.

Initially This trip was supposed to be a work/vacation trip. I was supposed to take Thursday and Friday off and spend it in Florida with Ashley, but we missed our flight due to really not leaving for the airport early enough! It really sucked but we made the most out of it.

We decided to go and visit the "VO" In Santa Barbara. It's always nice to see him and we hadn't in a really long time. We had a few Dinners together and went to see Hitch (great film). Ashley's cousin met up with us on Friday night which was cool.

I'm gonna go for a walk this morning but i'll post all about the conference when I return. Peace guys, hope everything is well.

Wow!

Has it really been that long? Geez i guess so. I got my wisdom teeth pulled friday, and still am a bit groggy so i dont' feel like writing a lot. I WILL however post pictures of chipmunk self within the next few days for your enjoyment
