It's been a while

Ok, so yes i will update on what's been going on, but FIRST i must vent a bit. So we spend billions of dollars in Iraq fighting this war to apparently "free" the Iraqi people and give them better lives. BUT when a natural disaster comes and wipes out 50 thousand people in Asia we spare 15 million dollars? um... excuse me? Wait let me get this straight. The most powerful nation in the WORLD can only spare 15 million for one of the largest natural disasters in history. I guess there isn't any fiscal benefit to aiding those foreign nations.

Vegas Baby ... Vegas

I will be pretty busy the next couple of weeks. This Thursday is our Holiday Christmas party and Friday I leave for Vegas!! I can't wait, Time to pay my share of the power bill :). the next week i'm going up north for work, then christmas, then unfortunately back to vegas ;) for new years!! Should be eventfull. Okay that's my update for today, i gotta run, but will post something more entertaining later!

Christmas Party @ Cynthia's

I've been getting complaints that I'm not posting in my blog enough, and I agree. So here is a brief update on what's been happening. Things have been super busy at work because we are on deadline, but everything remains fun. This weekend I got the chance to go to Cynthia's Christmas party. It was a lot of fun and i wanted to take her dog home (see below). Saturday I saw Ocean's 12 with Ash, Danny, and Cammy. I really had a good time. Sunday we had our Holiday Extravaganza at Church, it turned out to be a huge success! I love this time of year :)

This weekend my friends Leah and Cassie had a Christmas Party. It was off the chain. They did such a good job decorating and they were excellent hosts! They made these korn flake rice krispy treat type things with red hots that KILLED me.

Happy Thanksgiving

Ahh, we all have so much to be thankful for, I for one am blessed to have such a wonderful, supportive family and a close knit group of friends who I know would do anything for me. It's so easy to take things for granted sometimes, especially with how routine life can get, but I'm glad we have days like this to really think about what we have. For some people it's just a day off, but for me I really try and stop "bitching" cause everything isn't perfect and think about the things I am fortunate enough to have.

On that note, all of you that know me know that I don't agree with this war at all, but that doesn't mean i don't respect and honor the troops that go over there to fight it. Right or wrong war, they are putting their life on the line and going through things I couldn't even imagine. Saturday I have the opportunity to attend a memorial service of a young marine (19) that was killed in Fallujuah. My heart breaks for the family and to all the other families that have lost their children, It makes me want to put a gun in Bush's hands and tell him to fight his own war, but what's done is done. This service is open to the public, and I'm going with my sister and Ash to pay respects. If any of you are interested in coming contact me and we can ride together or figure out a way to get there. It's in Chino.

That aside, I hope you all have a wonderful thanksgiving! I'm going to stuff myself with turkey then probably take a nap. Friday will be a day of shopping ... who's coming with me?

Last night was probably the most entertaining unbelievable night I’ve ever had at MNS. Not only did Nubreed absolutely destroy me, but i had a great time dancing. I met two phenomenal dancers who i was able to dance with all night.

Gym Update

As most of you know, I've been going to the gym a lot lately, and seeing some really good results. I'm telling you it's all about discipline. Anyways i've posted some progress pictures if you guys are interested. I have a pretty proven work-out plan so if any of you want to ask me and i'll be happy to share. Enjoy:

This is what i started off at. As you can see i'm a bit squishy around the edges. Definitely room for improvement. (stil fairly handsome tho)

Didn't take an update picture for a long time, but I made some SERIOUS progress as you can see, and got a little tanner too.


November 2004

Just took this last night. I'm pretty much exactly where I want to be, I can even feel my voice getting a bit deeper and have picked up a slight accent. Hope I can keep it up. Let me know what you guys think and if you want my work-out plan.

When I start to get lazy at work, I can always count on Sam to encourage me by saying "GET TO WORK MOTHA#$&*!" Thanks ACTION JACKSON!
