Long Overdue

Captain's Log, August 9th 2004 ... This is my first entry in about a month and I think I've made a conscious effort to update AT LEAST once a week. So what's been going on ... Ahh YES! an update on my nose dwelling friend. OK so we had a serious battle. I'm talking about SERIOUS, but In the end, combined with Niki's Magic lotions and face cleansers, I won. There is a slight tan where the battle occurred but hopefully it will go away in time.

Additionally, I FINALLY got Doom3 which (for those of you who aren't nerds) is a computer game where you are a 1 man army taking on hell. Sounds like a Schwarzenegger film huh? It is. The graphics are Amazing. I swear they keep getting better and better.

Also i've gotten a personal trainer for the gym. He used to be my High School physics teacher and he won Mr. America in 87/88. He seriously kicks my ass and i know if i stick to it I'm gonna get ripped. He asked me what my goals were and I told him "I'd like to look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club within the next few weeks". That's realistic right? I've remained pretty disciplined for about 2 months and if i continue i'll probably adopt an austrian accent to make myself sound like Arnold.

So the big question that i've been getting these days is "What is going on with Your Love life? Why aren't you dating? You must be seeing someone?". It seems to be a weekly occurrence. So to set the record straight, I am NOT dating anyone right now. I enjoy being single and I don't know that I'm all that ready to start dating yet. This doesn't mean I'm closed to the possibility, but I'm sure it will happen when it's supposed to.

Lastly, Chris and I have decided to start writing a script about our College Experiences. We have WAY too many stories to tell. We have some great ideas that we are putting into it. I think i'll hand it to Mr. Stahl (the producer I'm currently working with) to review when I'm done.

LOOK OUT!

Okay ... So i have a foreign being (also known as a pimple) that has decided to inhabit my nose. IT IS HUGE and disturbing. Everyone notices but doesn't say anything (except for Sean of course who is a DICK by nature). Anyhow it really sucks. What's even more distrubing, is tomorrow i have to get my picture taken, and our little nose dwelling friend has come right in the nick of time! I was complaining about this earlier to my friend NikiG who can relate to the issue so has given me lots of products and advice to remove this nuisance. Hopefully it works.

Anyways enough talk about my damn nose, Weekend was great! I got a chance to spend some time with my family, which i don't really get to do anymore because i'm pretty busy. I ALSO saw Spiderman 2 which I thought was absolutely AWESOME. I swear they can do no wrong with that movie. It will win some kind of award and definitely has earned the right to be in my DVD collection (or my DIVX for that matter ;)).

Tomorrow is my Friend Cassie's Brithday, so we are all going out to Sushi at Blowfish in LA. I love sushi so i'm going to go to town. Last time I was there I saw Tara Reid and Dean Pritcher from Old School ... Mabe I'll get lucky again :) This weekend should be nice as well. Post more later.

The Greatest Invention Yet ... 

Sean and I have a great friendship. I've known him since I was 12 and we still get a long great! Here is an example of the kind of friendly dialog we share each day:

Work is good, but had a longer day due to us pushing a New Release of our product. It's fun stuff though so I don't mind :)

Busy Week

This week is a busy week at work. We have a deadline to meet by Friday so I think every night tonight will be a late one. I FINALLY finished the Stock Web Animation for that movie gig I'm working on. It literally tooks me 10 hours of straight work, but it's finally done. Life is pretty good right now, I can't complain. My parents are going through a small law suit, but I think we are going to end up winning (although we are paying $400 a second it seems).

I got a chance to catch up with a lot of my old friends this past weekend. My Friend Kimmy had a graduation party on Saturday, so I saw a bunch of people there. We all promised we'd stay in touch but you know how that can go sometimes :). I'm really going to try.

Also Congrats to Niki for a great performance on Thursday night! She's gonna do real good on the Music Circuit.
